How to Return
In the first instance, please contact the store within 7 days on 0161 877 9605 to inform us that you are returning an item. Then return the item within 7 days, unused, and odour free (for example perfume/cigarette odour), and with the packaging intact. Please tell us why you are returning the goods - this ensures that we can improve our service and goods in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Kurt Muller Lowry will reimburse the postage for returning the item once we have received and credited the item. Please allow up to 28 days for postal returns to be processed.

Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned underwear garments or earrings, unless faulty.

Please tell us why you want to exchange the goods - this ensures that we can improve our service and goods in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive an exchange even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Delivery and Returns Legal Statement - Please Read Carefully
Returning any item within 7 days, and exchanging items within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Kurt Muller Lowry will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. On return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Kurt Muller Lowry and you requires that you return the goods to Kurt Muller Lowry on cancellation. Kurt Muller Lowry can arrange for delivery of replacement products to you if required; this constitutes a separate contract between you and Kurt Muller Lowry. In this case, a charge will be made by Kurt Muller Lowry for packing, handling and delivery of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Deliveries
We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.
 
Delivery Charges
Next Day Delivery ranges from £6 - £10, subject to the number of articles and overall weight of the parcel and including insurance. This is available for UK mainland only. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 1.00pm, Monday - Friday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day (with the exception of Aberdeen and the Republic of Ireland). Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
 
Overseas Delivery

Western Europe
£10.00 for the first item, then an additional charge subject to weight up to a maximum of £25.00. Rates include insurance.

Rest Of The World
£15.00 for the first item, then an additional charge subject to weight up to a maximum of £30.00. Rates include insurance.


Customs Information
Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate.

Terms and Conditions
Any use by you of our website is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy statement. We may change these Terms without letting you know and therefore it is up to you to check this page for any changes. Prices
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
 
Our Guarantee
You have the right to cancel an order for a full refund for any reason within 7 days of receipt of goods. (Excluding opened and/or worn items, earrings (unless faulty) underwear and swimwear without the hygiene strip in place). This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
Order Acceptance
If you have supplied us with your e-mail address, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contract for the sale of the goods shall be formed and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
If however you have not supplied us with an e-mail address, our confirmation of order page at the end of the ordering process shall act as confirmation of acceptance of the order and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change at any time any of the details of the garments on the site, including prices, colours and sizes. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and we advise that you read through them each time that you use the site.
This website, its content and any contracts arisen out of it are governed by and in accordance with English law. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the prior permission of Kult Design Ltd.
